All Smithsonian museums and Smithsonian Libraries locations continue to be closed to support the effort to contain the spread of COVID-19. We are not announcing a re-opening date at this time and will provide updates on a regular and as-needed basis.
Alexia is a Library Technician at the National Museum of American History Library. She began working for Smithsonian Libraries in 2005 on the trade literature inventory project. In 2007, Alexia moved on to her current position as Library Technician. She continues to work with the Trade Literature Collection in addition to handling other library duties including interlibrary loan. Alexia also writes a monthly blog post on the Smithsonian Libraries Unbound blog in which she highlights interesting trade catalogs from the Trade Literature Collection.
Outside of work, Alexia enjoys traveling, scrapbooking, playing cards, and cross-stitching. Her favorite books are the Jane Austen novels.
